Prints didn’t come out like the preview. Wasn’t able to use 22 of the prints due to print. But other 20 designs came out fantastic.

The print quality is great! Easy to press and hold up well. However, their color adjustments have a lot to be improved. They frequently send out prints that are nothing like the colors sent in and they vary greatly from order to order as well and claim this is “normal”. Sorry, one print being the correct color gold, the next being dark orange, and the next being another shade of orange isn’t normal and that won’t work for a teams shirts that need to match and will be wearing them together. Customer service is very argumentative and proceeded to give me all the details of their operation… I don’t care to know because I pay them to send a correct print to my door so I don’t have to deal with details such as that. Multiple emails back and forth trying to justify why it’s “normal” when it is definitely not. Somehow their competitor I also order from NEVER has this problem. Customer service then proceeds to say they will send a courtesy replacement… it’s not a courtesy to me when their printers obviously are not calibrated to match each other. I will unfortunately be cautious ordering here because of the interesting customer service experience and the delay in receiving prints since they have to be reprinted when they’re wrong. I really liked ordering here due to their quick turnaround and arrived to me in 1-2 days.

I'll update if I get the order, but it was placed 9 days ago and there's no shipping update. Granted, it was an order for a free sample pack, but I wanted to try these out for my company if they worked out. If the shipping takes this long for all products, we probably won't be able to use them.

Product was below my expectations compared to my previous company

I’ve used a lot of transfer places, often times my designs are ambitious. Very specific colors, distressing and texture included to keep up with current trends. Other places will reach out to you if your image won’t print properly and see what you want to do. This gives you an opportunity to make the file larger, try a different layer mask, or even sharpen the image. Other places also have very consistent prints, sharp images, Pantones actually match what you upload, and no print lines. I’ve recently gotten three separate orders from them where the colors come out way different than what you upload. I understand the CMYK process can affect this which is why I use global Pantone colors. However I’m not talking about a different shade of blue, I’m talking about print lines being in the design like the ink is running low. Most recently I received noticeably blurry prints after I was assured on the sheet builder that everything was in “optimal” resolution. So while I enjoy the speed of these transfers and have had great work done by them before recently they seem not to care and just give you whatever. They offer reprints but that’s not the issue here. A lot of us come to places like this to meet deadlines for very important clients, sometimes at the last minute. So it’s very frustrating that you never know if they’re going to give you blurry work with print lines or not. Maybe they are too busy these days to check every order, I’m not sure. I just know I can’t continue to waste my money on crappy prints. Maybe it can work for you but I would definitely grab a small sample to see them in person first

The color is very light on the dft gang sheets I ordered from you guys. I ordered the same gang sheet fron Ninja transfer and there is a big difference in brightness and vibrant color from Ninja transfer.

I understand that the holiday (Labor Day) was on Monday but I ordered transfers Tuesday morning that I needed for Friday. I got the notification that my order has shipped at 11:44 am on Wednesday but I got the UPS alert that my order was received tonight (Thursday) at 8:16 pm and would arrive by Saturday. If I would’ve known they hadn’t actually shipped, I would’ve been able to go to a local place as I need this task completed by Friday and I’m on a time crunch. Now I’ll have to use my Cricut and cut and weed vinyl which I don’t have time for. I really like this company and use them constantly for my transfer needs, but this is the 2nd time this has happened and is disappointing.

After I pressed the print which is supposed to be a cold peel it peeled hot when I peeled it a strong fume came off the print and when I did a second press that strong fume came again
