Quick TransfersReviews of quicktransfers.com

Super-fast shipping and nice product. The shirts came after the transfers, but it all came in a very reasonable timeframe and for a reasonable price. On the flip side, the vendor sends a LOT of extra emails and offers support that they just don't provide. Instructions for applying the transfers are pretty basic (kudos for trying to streamline) and could use more detail. Overall, they provided both a large variety of shirt options and an easy-to-use gang sheet creation tool. Where they missed the mark was customer service, over-promising support that they simply didn't provide...then flooding your inbox with more empty support promises.

I love pretty much everything about this company short one thing the whites aren't white enough! I submitted a design that called forv white lettering but when I ironed the image onto a black shirt what was white became gray! How do I avoid this from happening in future orders?

The original order came wrinkled and damaged. I needed the prints for a show. The company did resend the prints. But it was too late. I no longer needed them.

Tried QT after using a different transfer company that ships via Amazon (s l o w). Transfers look great, but my order went in before 2pm and didn't ship till the following day. Still faster than the other company. Will give it another try.

The product was perfect as usual, however I was disappointed in the length of time it took for delivery. I have used your company in the past and have always had quick delivery one of the reasons I choose to use for this project Unfortunately that wasn’t the case this time. I place my order on a Sunday and needed the items by Friday. Did not get notified until Wednesday that order was shipped but tracking said just label had been created didn’t actually ship until Thursday and I didn’t receive it until Saturday

I left a less than pleased review about lack of response via email then reached out via facebook and the communication has been great. Updating my review to reflect that and hopeful my concerns are addressed properly on Monday (it is the weekend)

I always love your customer service, when things do go wrong, you take care of it immediately. However it was pretty disappointing that the first time there was a strange white halo around "most" of the image, so we had it redone, then after I was specifically asked the size of the art that it was redone incorrectly. So this means I have to drive there and back again. However, you guys always take care of things in the end and always in the most polite and helpful way!

I love the samples and the design are really good also I'm still working on getting everything I need, but I have used two of the samples easy and fast.
