Well I placed an order and the delivery was going to be delayed and you guys credited my account $20, my jaw dropped as I thought it could have been a mistake, but sure enough I have a credit for $20 bucks for future purchases, love it, great service which in my old school opinion is super rare now a days!

We made sure we put our order in before 2pm just for it to not be shipped same day, this is the second time this has happened to us. A little disappointing. They created the shipping label same day but didn’t ship it out.

You did not ship it on the same day now I’m a day behind.

There have been slight hiccups but they always make everything right! Even things that I did wrong they have always helped me to fix them. The colors are always beautiful and prints are exactly what they should be.
