Have had the worst experience with quick start. Going on week 2 and still have yet too receive a call from someone regarding the damages done too my truck while they installed my interlock. And to top it off i was told I'd be charged x amount and next day i check my account and they had charged me 3 times the amount.

My reasons for this rating was do in part for their professional treatment, ability to explain, and express the details of the system and program. When I experienced an issue, I contacted technical support, and was like wise treated with respect, and provided a step by step solution to get back on track in an very expeditious, highly professional manner! Took my vehicle in to get the Device installed and was out within an hour and a half.

Great service

I got my interlock done on February 19th I had my dmv appointment on the 23rd of feb the dmv stated that QuickStart didn’t electronically send them the install certificate. I provided the dmv with one but they stated they needed it sent electronically by QuickStart. I called Tuesday they told me they don’t know what’s going on and that they were sending and email and in 24 hrs I would have a response 24 hrs pass and no response I called again and now they said it will take 72 hrs for a response. After I have completed all my task to obtain my license back and the only thing holding me back is QuickStart, I have used them in the past and never had this experience. 2/26/2021 went to the DMV and they stated still nothing in their system regarding the matter. You have not resolved my problem
