Great installer at the facility. However, had a couple of false power fails. Was asked to come back to the facility and the gentleman had to re fasten the device.

Service was good, but was disappointed that thier was no spanish speaking employee in person and no spanish speaking video. Thier is alot of spanish speaking people that may need this service. There is a big need for this.

My vehicle is sitting in a shop for 3 days now waiting for your company to send a lock out code before they can work on it this process is to long and needs to be addressed. Was not told this until after I signed up not happy about it .

Each state has strict regulations when it comes to bypassing the ignition interlock device. To protect you with your state-mandated program, and keep you in compliance while you're required to have the interlock device in your vehicle, Quickstart takes necessary steps to ensure you meet those requirements, and keeps documentation on file should our state question the bypass. We understand this may take longer to process, but it is the best way to protect you going forward. Regarding your particular situation, we reached out to your mechanic yesterday and left a message to call back when they're available, but have not heard back.

The interlock place didn’t put my full name on all the paper work and when I asked them about it I was told it wouldn’t be a problem with MVD... sure enough I get to MVD and they couldn’t accept it because of the name issue. Also the price I was told I would pay I’ve the phone was not the price I was given once the device was already installed. Horrible management!!

The price is decent and the installation process went smooth. The reason I didn’t give them a 5 star is because as I was waiting for them to finish the installation one of the front desk guys were arguing with a customer pretty obvious. Thought it was a little unprofessional. And the camera keeps falling off my windshield 😕
