I first obtained my medical cannabidial card through quickmedcards. My practitioner was nice and worked with me. I was naive about the program and did not know that iowa had a 4.5 gram cap every 90 days for new patients which is essentially a cap for those with no tolerances. So I had to pay an additional $150 to make a 10 minute appointment to get an increase waver. Was on the video call over 15 minutes past when it was supposed to start before the practitioner got on. Fast forward to now (year later) and I'm trying to renew. I stay on the video conference for 30 minutes past the start time and realise no practitioner is getting on at all. So I irritable reschedule. The guy I rescheduled with made me feel very foolish for having the THC limit I had. He did not care to hear about my body or my tolerance/experience. In fact, even after trying to do the thc increase waver so I wouldn't have to spend another $150 for 5 to 10 minutes of my time he pretty much just said no and hung up. The most demeaning telehealth experience I've had. Needless to say I will never go through quickmedcards or any practitioner with a history of working for them again. Your business is better off somewhere you'll be valued more.

I was a little skeptical at first about online Doctor appointments but my fear quickly disappeared once our meeting began. My Doctor was friendly professional and immediately put me at ease.
