It’s finally over! My seven month ordeal with getting a refund on the unused portion on my policy was retuned to me today! Jessica K reached out to me to ask what she could do to fix this mess. I explained the saga, she listened and proposed what QuickHealth would to to remedy the situation. I thank her tremendously as this was a great deal on money that I can now use towards dental issues. Timing and patience is everything!

I have to say it’s one amazing person Jessica K she was so helpful with all the information she gave me. She kept trying to help with the other people on the other line of American Pharmacy and not able to get in contact with them. She gave me her personal number so I can contact her and let her know everything’s going one amazing person can not ever ask for anything better than her

Jessica was great. She was patient and caring. Did not rush me and was willing to stay on the phone and help me complete all enrollment information. Also knowledge about the plan and sent all the information that I needed. We need more people like her. Got her contact info and will ask for her and only speak with her. Find and hire more people like her.
