Avoid them! I did a test with them, the result of which was that I am the father. Families have been ruined, and later it turned out during a test by an another company that I am not the father. They caused a lot of suffering to 3 families with this fake service. If i could write an opinion without censorship, it would be much stronger. They say, the test is exact, but we made another test with another company, include the 3 people together, and the result different than quickdna got.

Compré dos test de ancestros en Navidad como regalo a mi mujer y a mí. Recibi los hispos. Mande las muestras a la dirección que indicaba. No recibí nada. Les persegui durante semanas. Me mandaron solo una parte de un informe. Les seguí reclamando el resto del informe y el otro ( que tambien habia pagado y del que tambien habia enviado una muestra). Como mucho recibía como respuesta diciendo que tuviera paciencia. Esta semana, final de Abril, me volvieron a mandar el mismo (solo una parte) diciendo que mi mujer y yo coincidíamos en todo. Mismos orígenes con hasta 1% en Chipre y 4% en Suecia??? Los dos??? En definitiva, ni informe fiable (dos informes de orígenes 100% iguales no es fiable), incompletos (nada de intolerancias, esfuerzo, ...) ni a tiempo 72 h anunciadas vs meses persiguiendo. Voy a poner una reclamación a traves de la OCU y Consumo.

Absolute joke!! This is now with the fraud team of Mastercard. Update 23.5.23 Finally received a refund after having used the Charge Back facility via Mastercard. Quick DNA tried disputing it, even though their T&Cs clearly state my entitlement to a refund within 30 days. Please DO NOT use this company!!!

Kastatrophe von Anfang bis zu Ende . Der online Service ist Schlecht , die Lieferung und die Analyse dauert ewig und länger als was in der Beschreibung steht . Ich kann nie weiterempfehlen. Sie sind unzuverlässig und nicht seriös. War eine schlechte Erfahrung mit denen.
