Avoid at all costs
They are a nightmare to deal with. Used Quest initially through CVS who quoted me the wrong price. After what ended up being over $700, I spoke with my primary care doctor who negotiated the bill down to around a quarter of that. I had already paid about half with my credit card at CVS, but after around 3 months of both me and my doctor calling Quest, we managed to get a refund for the amount that I already paid. I thought everything was squared away, but months later, they are still trying to bill me for the same service. Their customer service is useless as apparently there are separate systems for the doctor and patient side, and they evidently aren't able to communicate with each other. They tell my doctor that everything is good to go (but don't do anything) and they tell me that they see no record of what I'm talking about despite multiple calls and evidence. Took forever to get an agent that even pretended to try and help but after putting me on hold for over 40 minutes, she just hung up on me. I just don't understand why they would send me a check refund for $328.89 only to bill me for $380.21 months later for the same service. I feel like they're just trying to arbitrarily charge me at this point.
