Honestly! I love this LaeD mask ! I have tried many of them since I am influencer and some brands send me their products but this one works great you can easily see the difference! I am 43 years old but I don’t look this age one of the reasons is this Mask 🩷🩷🩷

I have a couple products from QuasarMD, the red light mat and the face mask, and I'm consistenly so impressed with the quality and performance of their products! They're very well made and durable, I'd be so paranoid about using light on my skin with something janky, but their products feel very high end. I always recommend them to my friends.

Product is very good quality. I am a big and tall man, the length is good however it is very narrow. Also was surprised that there are 2 separate remotes. Makes it cumbersome and lots of wiring and coordination, lastly think about where you are going to store it as you use it every other day. I am looking for some wall hooks that will not damage it. I want to just hang it up and take it down from my closet wall. It’s takes up a lot of room folded up and laying on a table or floor or chair? Overall a 8 out of 10 for me.

Purchased a therapy mat for my psoriatic arthritis pain and it is my go to for quick pain relief. Also helps calm my skin outbreaks. Amanda from customer service was wonderful addressing an issue promptly and guiding me through to its resolution. Was leary about making the investment on line, but they stand behind their products.

If I was just rating the bed alone or the face mask I would give it a 10. But a big part of a review can also be customer service. I have had my Red light therapy mat 3 months and a top quarter of the lights keeps shorting out and going off on the top mat. Sent pictures and contacted them twice and I only get automated emails back. The second automated email that came back to me wasn't even to my name. I never roll this mat up or fold it back up in a box. I keep it completely laid out on a cot so it doesn't get rolled all the time or bent in half. Tried the chat customer service and they just said fill out a form on email which I did and send it in and I still just got an automated message back. Spent too much money in this bed to not have it work after 3 months.
