There are not enough positive words to describe our trip to Patagonia with Quasar Expeditions. They have thought through all the details so that you don't have to. The Jeep Overland Safari was carefully crafted to perfection in terms of the itinerary and making sure that you don't have to sacrifice comfort to experience a great adventure. Our accommodations were fabulous and unique. The meals went way beyond my expectations given the remote areas we explored and were on par with what one would find in any large city in the world. Just delicious! Our guides were extremely knowledgeable and enhanced every aspect of our adventures whether we were trekking on a glacier, experiencing life on an estancia or exploring the terrain on horseback. Kudos to Quasar Expeditions for one of the best trips ever!!

The itinerary was incredible, the guides loved their jobs and it showed, the behond the scenes team were always available for questions and were 'on the ball'. Nothing was left out!! I would go again!

We have traveled all over and with various companies. Quasar was one of the easiest, organized companies that we have worked with. We will book another trip with them in the future.

Our experience with Quasar expeditions exceeded my expectations. Patagonia is stunningly beautiful, but the ins and outs of travelling between Chile and Argentina in order to see the best parts of it, would be daunting if attempted solo. Plus, given the distances that need to be covered, and the unpredictable weather conditions, having knowledgeable and personable guides in the jeep with us, to steer us toward the best experiences at the best times of day, added up to a top-notch trip.

I traveled with Quasar Expeditions in the Fall of 2015 and was on the M/V Evolution. I was a solo traveler and it didn't make a difference. I met so many great people in one week that I will now call friends for life. Everyone there is for the same purpose and you can feel that from the first day until the last. The yacht was beyond gorgeous and well kept. The staff was amazing and very funny! Our two naturalists were very educated and really show you how the Galapagos mean everything to them and the preservation of this enchanted place. I swam and snorkeled with sea lions, sharks, sea turtles and even penguins! You will not be disappointed traveling to the Galapagos Islands on a cruise with Quasar Expedtions!

My family and I all agreed that this was our best holiday - beating safari, the Amazon, Barrier reef.. - and all experienced post-holiday blues when we got home. I must admit I was a bit concerned about being stuck on a boat for a week with not a great deal to do - I was completely wrong. Being immersed in the simplicity of the islands for a week was magical, with a good balance of walks, snorkelling, kayaking. The lack of fear of the animals was really quite profound. The guides were extremely knowledgeable, whilst remaining unassuming, and all the boat staff polite and helpful. Being on a smaller boat with only 18 guests was a definite plus, and we were very fortunate in that all the guests were of similar mindset, and got on well with each other.
