We had an amazing experience with quartile since day 1. With Fabio as our account rep everything went as expected. We've been wanting a handsoff Amazon ad efficiency for very long and spent hundreds of thousands in waste until we found them. Glad to be working with them.

They have consistently taken the time to understand our goals and have been accommodating to our requests, providing thoughtful recommendations and timely follow-up. The team is easy to work with, communicates clearly, and has been committed to helping us achieve the best possible results. Great experience! Eric and the team have done an amazing job in a short time period! Thanks to Quartile, we just had the best days, weeks and month on Amazon, delivering both sales volume and efficiency.
Response from QuartileJun 10, 2026
Thank you for the review, Robert. Hearing that you've achieved some of your strongest Amazon performance to date is exactly why we do what we do. Eric and the team have enjoyed working alongside you, and we're excited to keep finding new opportunities to build on this momentum.
Benjamin C.
Not only were these people costly and ineffective at promoting my products on Amazon but they refused to stop charging me when I terminated them. The absolute worst.
Response from QuartileJun 4, 2026
We’re disappointed that the partnership did not achieve the outcome you were hoping for, Benjamin. Throughout our engagement, our team spent considerable time reviewing account performance and discussing the challenges impacting results, including the fact that your products had lost the Amazon Buy Box to another seller reselling your own products. We worked to explain how this was affecting visibility and performance through multiple conversations, including calls and email exchanges outside of normal business hours. We also want to clarify that your account was terminated in accordance with the 30-day cancellation policy outlined in the agreement signed at the start of our partnership. As is our standard practice, we continued to provide services throughout the notice period, and billing remained active only for the contracted term. While we regret that we were unable to align on the path forward, we appreciate the opportunity to work with your business and sincerely wish you success in the future.
