We've been working with Quartile for several years and we continue to be extremely satisfied with the results. On Amazon, they help us navigate through the complexities of advertising on that platform. What I most appreciate is their ability to achieve our target acos metrics. We're equally impressed with the efficiencies that they've been able to achieve on Facebook & Google to help us profitably scale sales on our website. Our account manager is very accessible and responsive to the different necessities of our brand. We're very happy with them and highly recommend.

We have a seasoned staff very familiar with digital advertising, so for us Quartile is an ideal partner. With weekly status calls that provide the KPIs we need on how our campaigns are performing, Quartile brings insights and recommendations to us that, coupled with our input, results in campaigns that perform at or beyond our expectations.

The service they provide is outstanding! They honored they word and met all the need I had. When talking about advertising, their team is sharp to the point and helped me to obtain the best results.

Stayyyy Awayyyy, unfortunately they like many other Roomie companies will tell you it takes at least 2 months for results. So their trick is since they have a 3 month contract they figure by the time your done paying them the monthly fee you can cancel service and they just pocketed your fee and wasted your hard earned money on budget. BEAWARE they Outsource Out of the Country to Brazil and cheap countries so they can pay cheap labour and use people that barely speak English. SCAM SCAM SCAMMMM

Unfortunately, we had very bad experience with Quartile. Let me break down the numbers to illustrate: 30 Day - Adverstising Performance Before Quartile: Advertising spend: 12,532 ACOS: 29% Advertising revenue: 42,178 30 Day - Advertising Performance With Quartile (this is after the learning period: Advertsing spend: 15,409 ACOS: 43.95% Advertising revenue: 35,061 Quartile insisted advertising mainly using discovery campaigns and ASIN targeting. As a result we lost our bestseller badge for our main product and ALL 11 AMZ Choice badges. We made more topline revenue (20% growth) but we made 25% less profit. If you add to it their fees, the stress of seeing your business becoming unprofitable, it is really not worth it. This was our 2nd time trying Quartile out. We trusted that the system has improved but it really hasn't. If you are a highly competative niche where being organically ranked matters (if you don't want to pay for every single sale), then please save your business and your nerves and do PPC maintenance in-house. I wholeheartedly regret joining Quartile. It will take me weeks if not months to undo the damage what they caused. We were hoping for a great Q4 but now we are in a fight just to get our visibility & profitability back.

I've run an Amazon agency for 15 brands with an ad spend of over 300k. Trust me, I've tried it all: VAs, consultants, self-service tools, you name it. But when I found Quartile? Game changer. Suddenly, we could fine-tune our campaigns like never before. Quartile's bid optimization made scaling brands efficient and, honestly, kinda easy. If you're in the Amazon ad game, check them out.

We originally worked with a company called Sidecar, which we found to be a generally good partner for managing Google Shopping and Amazon campaigns. However, after a time they were bought by Quartile, and everything went downhill from there. We went through 3 account managers over the span of a year, who ranged from somewhat engaged to completely checked-out. Without asking, Quartile migrated our ad campaign structure completely to PMAX, without properly setting up any assets or any feedback from our end, and effectively did nothing other than collect our payment and let Google's automation manage the bidding. Furthermore, on more than one occasion, they accidentally migrated unwanted campaigns, ad groups, and keywords from our Google account to our Microsoft account, creating an absolute mess of the latter. From the times they were made aware of this, it would take them several weeks to fix the mess, all the while our Microsoft account accrued additional spend that we did not authorize. Stay well away.
