First off their servers suck and…
First off their servers suck and website is even worse. More importantly the staff is full of assholes. After having nothing but problems from minute one, they ended up canceling my account and gave me an hour to get my data off of their stupid server. Needless to say I lost a tremendous amount of work product and time. What a bunch of assholes. AND they are not cheap. I've gotten far better service for far cheaper prices and no attitude.
Not surprising, these clowns post lies, as well as half truths. My previous VPS service was not terminated. My access to a scam Algo was after questioning and standing up for myself and finally putting an end to their “verbal”abuse, they kept their payment and yet rescinded my service. A wonderful example of whose ethics you seem to align with.
You also tried to have this review taken down, but I didn’t even have to defend myself, the review was kept up without me even replying because clearly they know…
You destroyed days’ worth of work, you were difficult to work with, you were very responsive when trying to make a sale, but then the second a technical issue happened you were nowhere to be found.
I also have plenty of positive reviews, but yes, some 1-stars here because people need to be warned about - people like you.

Hi Todd,
Since you updated your review, here is the record. All times are Eastern, from our ticket system and server logs.
You came to us after problems with your previous VPS provider, where you reported the same issue. You were our customer for less than 24 hours.
You say we were "nowhere to be found" once a technical issue happened.
October 5, before you bought anything: we replied within 2 to 6 minutes each time.
October 6, after setup: you sent us 19 messages, and 6 of them contained profanity. We sent you 8 replies, and 7 of the 8 came within 10 minutes.
October 7: you sent us 8 messages. We sent you 6 replies. Three came within 10 minutes.
At 9:25 AM you sent your findings: in your words, the server did not crash, and the causes were your own screen-reading software and page-file setting. At 11:03 AM you thanked us.
Shortly after, the abuse continued towards our team. Profanity ran through your messages from your first day with us, including your last two messages before our decision. On the afternoon of October 7, we decided not to continue. We cancelled your service and refunded you in full.
Your VPS stayed online, with your full access, until we removed it at 4:00 PM on October 7. Your replies were insults and a message saying you hoped to meet one of our staff in person. Our logs show you rebooted the VPS yourself from the dashboard, and then logged in.
After that, we stopped replying. Your later messages wished our staff a painful death.
This is not new for you: We did not say your previous VPS provider terminated you. We said one of the trading companies you reviewed ended your access after abusive messages to its staff. Your update confirms that. Your profile shows one-star review after one-star review of other trading companies, many in the same language you used with us. We reached the same decision, and we will not provide service to you again.
Every time in this reply comes from our ticket system and server logs. We are happy to share the full, unedited record with Trustpilot.
