Yes I understand that you’re trying to make us have a better experience by having a better experience. They wouldn’t be as many complications with the fiber. Once you get that situated out that you’re not having so many dropouts of the service that would better the experience.

Thank you, Joey, and for being fair about it. To be clear on what happened: your server stayed online and connected the entire time. The dropouts you experienced were on the connection between you and the datacenter, caused by a fiber cut on a regional ISP's route, not by anything on our infrastructure. We know that distinction doesn't help much when your session drops mid-trade, which is why we enabled console access as a fallback that bypasses the affected route and worked with the carriers on rerouting while it was repaired. If you're still seeing interruptions, open a ticket and we'll look at your specific path. We'd like to earn those last two stars.
