I think everyone should be aware that if you commit to quantvps and it does not offer an advantage in its use you only have 14 days to get a refund. I purchased a dedicated server because they sold it to me as more efficient and at a better price. I budgeted for around 80 dollars a month but ended up spending over 1500 dollars. Based in the UK I wanted a speedier execution for my trading. The system was slow so I thought it was my PC. I got this upgraded. My connection kept on crashing so I upgraded my broadband. I used so much memory I could only use 3 charts or it would crash. I spent a lot of time trying to fix this with my trading platform provider. Roll on 8 months with little success I tried trading without the VPS. Surely not! Everything worked so much faster, more charts, less memory usage. When I asked quantvps for a refund for the last quarter I got refused. What was even more annoying was that I kept receiving AI replies informing me that I got a great VPS at a great price. The fact that the PC was performing worse when I using it than not was totally not picked up by their AI driven replies. Although quantvps are very good at replying quickly on this occasion money has overridden goodwill and customer support. For me I have had a poor and costly experience with this company.

Hi Jon, This isn't an accurate review. Over nearly nine months with us you opened several tickets, on connectivity, on a keyboard, on billing, and not one of them mentioned performance. The keyboard ticket alone ran 36 hours and five detailed messages about your setup, answered within 40 minutes each, and the server's health came up in our very first reply. You didn't dispute it. The performance complaint appeared on September 16, in the same message as the refund request, and when we asked for any detail at all you wrote, "I am not interested in finding the solution." You chose the dedicated server after three weeks on it, and the annual plan at your own discretion. Our 14-day guarantee is shown at checkout, and it's more than most of this industry offers. We declined a prorated refund on a plan nearly 75% complete, as our terms require, and offered a free server swap, a free hardware trial, and a free remote-display fix instead. All declined. All still open through December 21. Your review says our support was "very good" right up until we said no. That's the moment it became "disgusting." We wish you well.
