Stay away from this company!! Wow, I was sold on a product was way too good to be true. Both the person that recruited me and the person that helped me set up my account sold me a story that had me all in with this company. I even became a referral lead for them, and was talking to several of my friends and associates about it. Well, fast forward 3 months and the two people that I had been working with were both, reassigned, or quit/were let go, and my account is a disaster. I had been reaching out for help for over two months with no response, and now, they finally responded to me to tell me that they cannot do anything for me. Well, that is just great. There were many many lies to sign me up and now that those lies came to the forefront, I am stuck suffering. What a horrible way to run a company.

The company represents themselves as providing guidance on settings on the bots. Eventhough I followed their guidance, the losses continued. When I asked for a meeting, my rep ghosted me.

My unprofessional and cunning. I give accolades to web site on my title for giving me back my losses.

Still waiting to hear back about my refund, its been a while now. My 6k Athena account was blown. Hoping my refund will be processed because i did not adjust an lot size settings, or intervene with the bots. Processing my refund would build my trust with this company. Dan Baker has provided me good customer service, and has responded to all my requests, unfortunately he doesn't deal with refunds.

Still doesn't make sense to me why they have to be so terrible and rude all just to steal from people. My withdrw was taken care of by Hills - croft. Back off now, you have been warned.

This is not written with great pleasure considering my loses with QB. I expected a refund as per their advertisement but nothing is being said for 6 weeks now, i hope they reply after this review. meanwhile, I'm now on CM F○rtuna. reliable and consistent. payment round the clockwork

As per their advertisements I asked the refund after 60 days because Kong did not make a dime . They agreed to switch to Athena . In 60 days it did not make any money. I asked for refund and they refused. I am looking for an attorney to sue them. . Please beaware they are completely fraud.

I've been using Kong for about 2 months. The one-on-one set-up was helpful. Unfortunately, the bot has done a very poorly. We were very careful not to change any setting as that can void any warrantee. The bot was left on the conservative setting the entire time and lost about $10K in about 2 months. We spent 10K for access to the bot and invested 20K. We were told by the salesman that if we invested 10K and did not make any unauthorized adjustments, the bot would at least recoup the cost (10K) within 16 months. And if it did not, Quantum Bots would refund the cost of the bot. The performance of the bot was unimpressive for the first month, but we were told that we needed the bot to "learn" and we should be patient. The second month the bot LOST 10K. We are ok with the lost of the money we invested in the market as no guarantees can be made. Unfortunately, as we are one more bad trade away from having that 20K wiped out, we did pursue the refund of the 10K for the bots. Our support person told us that we only had 60 days to get a refund according to the contract we signed (read the contract closely, and don't trust what the sales rep says). Luckily, I believe we are still within the 60 days and we made the request for a refund. Our support person produced logs of our account activity (likely to confirm that we did not change any setting that would void the guarantee), and submitted them to QB. We were told that we should hear back from them within 24 hrs. I will update this review once I hear back from them.
