This company will absolutely set you up with a program that will drain every last penny from your investment. I lost over $10,500 USD in 3 days thanks to Kong. I had my settings on the most conservative settings and lost it all in matter of days. When I tried to claim on the profibility warranty. I was denied because I needed to stay with the program for 16 months, as per the contract. I was completely wiped out before then. The only way to reach the 16 month point. Would be to invest more money. I already lost it all. So, why would anyone in thier right mind do that? I followed all the rules. Through much difficulty, because all your investment needs to be converted to crypto and set up with a off shore broker in order to make profits, supposedly. It was interesting watching Kong work for a few months. HOWEVER, I never made any real profits on the conservative settings. Then at the end, KONG traded it all away, in 2 to 3 days. Please steer clear from this company! It's not a valid investment at all. In less you just want to throw 20k (the price of the algorithm 10k, plus minimum usd investment of 10k) down the drain! I just entered retirement and was promised a decent monthly return that I was looking forward to. In order to supplement my income. Shame on me. PLEASE BEWARE! IF YOUR READING THIS TRYING TO DECIDE. RUN! INVEST ELSEWHERE!

Highly manipulative and fraudulent company ! i have legibly given a honest one up high

Quantum Bots.co is not to be trusted. I sent them money for a license $10,500 and never was given the opportunity to activate the license. They refuse to refund my money. I opened up an OX Security brokerage account. Before transferring operating funds to QuantumBots I was told to close my Ox Trading account as they were not to be trusted. The only other brokerage accounts they offered only accepted bitcoin to transfer funds. Since I do not trust Bitcoin I could not open and transfer operating funds. Customer service refused to permit me to talk to a supervisor or a company principal. Do not trust this company!!!

I have been trying to get a hold of Quantom bots for 2 months now. It lost 16k in a matter of two days after being expertly guided on settings. And now they won’t even respond to any of my emails. This is a scam.

Like someone said they don't deserve even 1 star. They say lot of things at the time of sale with money back and so on. In three months, they managed to loose more than a third of the account. When they show their metrics, they were showing 14% return each month. For about two weeks, our account was in profit, they showed that and said that they didn't have to return our money. It is a scam and nothing more than that.

Don’t know why there are so many 1 star reviews. Started last year in April with Kong, Account doubled in 9 Months, switched to Athena (BTW you were allowed to switch for free!) and Athena literally doubled in 3 months with a max drawdown of around 10%. Use your brain before giving bad reviews, the admin even stated that different brokers will equal different results, and they even gave away which broker is good/ bad with their system. Grateful to have found this - if you think you can and if you think you can’t - both times you will be right. Amassing wealth is much more than stacking money, shit goes onto spiritual levels but most aren’t ready for this convo and just will leave a 1* review instead of acknowledging that MAYBE their the problem. Unresponsive, Unreliable, and Cost Me Thousands – Avoid Quantum Bot I’ve been using Quantum Bot for several months, and I deeply regret it. After losing over $15,000 across their bots (Kong, Athena, and Axis), I reached out multiple times requesting a refund and a fix for their broken Athena system, which even one of their reps admitted had a known issue affecting many users. That was over two months ago, and the issue is still not resolved. They’ve ignored my repeated requests for a phone call or proper support. Instead, I received canned email responses blaming education gaps or VPS issues—which were not true in my case. I attended their training, set up the bots with their support (James), and monitored them daily. But these bots are supposed to be automated—if they need to be micromanaged, what’s the point? Just recently, I had a $2,000 loss on a single AUDUSD trade on Kong where the bot opened a position at 3.30 lot size—despite settings that should limit it to 0.01. This is exactly what happened when I lost $13K previously. To make things worse, their Telegram group disappeared, and their customer support continues to stall with no resolution. I am now filing formal complaints with the CFPB and BBB, and writing this review to warn others. If you value your time, money, and sanity—stay far away from Quantum Bot. Update: In just one week, my Kong account dropped from $10,000 to $1,000 due to two trades on a single pair (AUDUSD). I have sent multiple urgent emails to Quantum Bot's support team with no response and no action taken. Their system is completely broken, and they refuse to provide real support. Stay far away. Update: I still have not heard a word from them!
