About Quality Sleep Shop

The owners, Tim Masters and his wife, Cindy, live with their five children less than a mile from the shop in La Grange Highlands, IL and are heavily invested in the community. Tim purchased the company from his mentor, Mr. Brixie, in 1995. Over the last 20+ years, Tim has grown and expanded the company to offer the latest innovations in mattresses, including memory foam, all natural latex and pocketed coil sleep systems. Our mattresses are handcrafted at our factory in La Grange Highlands, IL. Most of our knowledgeable salespeople are the same people who handcraft the mattresses. With their knowledge of the quality construction and durability of our products, they can easily guide you to choose the mattress that best fits your needs. Because we handcraft our mattresses on-site, there is no middle man, which means no high markups on our products. Our customers enjoy factory-direct prices. Compare our mattresses and customer service and you will see that our products are an outstanding value. We can build custom-sized mattresses by request for boats, RVs, antique beds and more. Contact us for more information on custom mattresses and sizes. Quality Sleep Shop offers a full warranty on all of our mattress choices. We do not pro-rate our warranty. See our warranty page for more information. We also offer a 100 Night Sleep Trial. We want you to be confident you are purchasing the highest-quality, handcrafted mattress.

Best mattress shop around!
I have bought more than 10 mattresses in my life. The experience I had with Tim at Quality Sleep Shop was, by far, the best. They know what they're talking about, they have all kinds of options and multiple price points. The best part is that these mattresses are not only made in America, but they are made right in our backyard, in Lagrange! I would recommend this place to anyone!

I have shopped here many times in the last 29 years. Each time, I am impressed by the polite attitudes, no upselling, and terrific service. Their delivery crews are really good, too. I would not shop anywhere else for bedding. You can't go wrong here.

We absolutely love this company
We absolutely love this company. We purchased our first mattress 5 years ago for our son and today the matress looks and feel like brand new. No curves, dents or smell accumulation with aging. The fact that the company was local to us and we were able to go to their shop was additional plus. The customer support was very helpful without being overbearing. They were very knowledgeable about their products and we were able to provide advice without pushing us to make a purchase. All of these factors contributed to our decision to buy another mattress from the same company.
