About Quality Sleep Shop

The owners, Tim Masters and his wife, Cindy, live with their five children less than a mile from the shop in La Grange Highlands, IL and are heavily invested in the community. Tim purchased the company from his mentor, Mr. Brixie, in 1995. Over the last 20+ years, Tim has grown and expanded the company to offer the latest innovations in mattresses, including memory foam, all natural latex and pocketed coil sleep systems. Our mattresses are handcrafted at our factory in La Grange Highlands, IL. Most of our knowledgeable salespeople are the same people who handcraft the mattresses. With their knowledge of the quality construction and durability of our products, they can easily guide you to choose the mattress that best fits your needs. Because we handcraft our mattresses on-site, there is no middle man, which means no high markups on our products. Our customers enjoy factory-direct prices. Compare our mattresses and customer service and you will see that our products are an outstanding value. We can build custom-sized mattresses by request for boats, RVs, antique beds and more. Contact us for more information on custom mattresses and sizes. Quality Sleep Shop offers a full warranty on all of our mattress choices. We do not pro-rate our warranty. See our warranty page for more information. We also offer a 100 Night Sleep Trial. We want you to be confident you are purchasing the highest-quality, handcrafted mattress.

Excellent service
Excellent service. They didn't have the frame that I ordered but upgraded without additional costs. They were friendly and the mattress and frame were delivered on time.

I have used Quality Sleep Shop to purchase bedding on 4 occasions and always recommend them to my friends. The ease of arranging delivery and notice by the staff is very important to a busy person.

The staff know their stuff.
The sales lady there knew her stuff, and the delivery guys were great. It was so nice to find a place that makes their own product, which I think makes them care a bit more. We sleep wonderfully. They have a wide variety of quality levels and options from which to choose. They let you lay around (literally) on their sample beds for as long as you need to make a decision.

7 Comfortable Matttresses & Excellent Service
We have purchased 7 mattresses for 3 homes from Quality Sleep Shop in the past 10 years and would not hesitate to order from them again. They are easy to work with and can also custom make any mattress to your specifications. Our oldest mattresses from them are showing no signs of wear and are still comfortable.

Great mattress, great people, great experience!
Great mattress, great people, great experience! Salesperson Kathy was very helpful and helped me determine what type of mattress is right for my needs. Very happy to get a mattress made from non-toxic materials, not sprayed with chemical flame retardant, made not just in the USA but made to order right in Chicago! They were able to roll up my queen mattress so that I could take it home myself in the back of my Subaru. Not to mention the great price for a non-toxic mattress. I would recommend this mattress and this company to anyone.
