Quality Sleep ShopReviews of qualitysleepshop.com

The owners are very honest and ethical people. The best mattress I have ever purchased.

I looked at a lot of mattresses online and in stores before deciding on Quality Sleep Shop's queen-sized Natural Escape mattress (purchased in store). The staff and Tim were friendly and not pushy in the least. I felt comfortable to browse and take my time deciding which mattress would be best. As I looked, Tim asked helpful questions and offered advice. I was interested in latex and was leaning toward one of the all-latex mattresses when Tim suggested I try the latex/coil hybrid (Natural Escape) because he thought it might be better for my body type. Not only was he right, but that mattress was a little less expensive than the other one, so I really appreciated his honesty and commitment to providing the best fit for his customers. Tim and his staff also went out of their way to make sure my mattress was ready for me to take out of the store that same day -- awesome! After sleeping on it for a week, I love everything about this mattress. It feels soft and plush yet is somehow firm at the same time, which means your shoulders/hips stay well-aligned without sinking too far down. I was a little worried about the coils, but they're silent, and movement doesn't transfer. I've been cool and comfortable every night, and the outer cotton layer is amazing -- you almost don't need a sheet! Super happy to have invested in this natural, high-quality mattress that I expect will last for many years.

Great customer service in helping me to select a mattress and arranging delivery. High quality mattress at an affordable price. Will gladly recommend Quality Sleep Shop to others.

We have purchased several mattresses from Quality Sleep Shop and have always been pleased with service, pricing, and quality. Would definitely recommend them to anyone considering a new mattress purchase.

Great customer service!

I initially ordered their prototype mattress. It was a little too soft for me. I worked with Kathy; she was awesome. She was very helpful and understanding regarding my concern. We exchanged the prototype for the Emily Plush mattress. What a difference! I love the mattress; a great combination of firmness and comfort. I have not purchased a mattress in 12 years. I am glad I learned about the Quality Sleep Shop.
