I worked with Ben on placing my order yesterday. He was very professional, prompt and courteous with my many email questions back and forth and design changes. If the product is as good as their customer service, they have earned a repeat customer. I will write another review once order is received on the product As for now, I am 100% satisfied with the level of service I have received from Ben Alvarez at Quality Imprints.

Amber and Ana provided excellent customer service and guidance for our conference giveaways. Our hats and scarves were a big success!
