we received our product in a timely manner after ordering. It did take a few emails back and forth to finalize the logo etc as the person we dealt with gave very little response so we kept having to ask questions and pull information from them to get answers. other than that, we were satisfied and have already emailed her again asking about other products, just waiting on a response. thank you! we will be ordering again
