Was told the items would ship the week of April 12th. As of today, April 28th, the items have not shipped yet. Can’t review the item as haven’t received it

John, we apologize for what happened on your order. It is true that the factory has finished the order and have assigned UPS to ship the order to the US. Unfortunately, in the most recent weeks the content of hand sanitizers have new restrictions that caused most of these orders to be delayed in the release by customs. There were also fewer aircraft flights to accommodate the numerous shipments as most companies like us resorted to our overseas factory to help with the demands. It has happened across our industry from the beginning of April and we truly are sorry for what our situations has led us to. If there were any quick resolutions of on-hand sanitizers it could have been an alternative but unfortunately, they're all wiped out in stock. We hope to resolve this for you soon! Rest assured we are monitoring the progress of your shipment.

Great experience working with QualityImprint. Their customer service was wonderful with follow up emails and calls from the same person to make sure what I was ordering was correct. They were great with communication throughout the ordering process and kept me informed while my products were being shipped. Some of the products had smudged lines through our logo, but I'm assuming that was from shipping. Overall, I was happy with the finished product and will be working with them in the future.
