Great product and experience
Russel gave a great presentation at the dinner; next day, Matthew did very thorough home inspection. we purchased mold removal and Tri-guard multi.layer insulation for 3000 sq feet to help balance temperature throughout home. The Next day 2 installers, Jake and DJ began installation. They were extremely professional and courteous and respectful of our home. The only issue we had was via telephone calls with Bobby, a company manager. We wanted to move install to another day because we knew 2 men could not complete that large job in 1 day; they couldn’t arrive till 12:30. We had several phone conversations with Bobby refusing to reschedule and insisting the job could be finished that night. Needless to say it couldn’t be finished in spite of the efforts of the 2 men and we (the homeowners) felt it was time to call it a day. We did not expect to have workers till late evening. The next day the installer returned late afternoon and completed the job in 2 hours. Overall a good experience and product seems to be good. Highly Recommend the company
