As a brand new escrow officer and title producer at an equally brand new title company, I cannot praise Qualia enough. There is no way we would be able to have the success we are building without the help of Qualia. I may be biased because Quala is the only title and escrow focused software I have used, but I cannot imagine doing this job, or trying to build a title company from zero without it.
