I specifically requested round trip…
I specifically requested round trip fares and after purchasing my tickets realized that it was not round trip so I had to then find and purchase a return flight.

Dear customer, we're sorry for your experience. If you put in roundtrip dates you should've been offered round trip fares. We haven't heard of any others with this problem but will have our IT people investigate. Thanks
