Easy and quick

The website said round trip price and then only booked a one way ticket. Customer service was helpful, but charged me for the additional Flight.

I am glad to see another review of someone purchasing round trip tickets but somehow end up with one way. I too purchased round trip tickets. A few weeks later recieved email about flight change. Didn't realize that it wa only a one way trip. I would have not purchased one way. I pick my son up for the summer and don't have money to buy tickets at separate times. Especially now. But here I am with two one way tickets. I can get my son but cant get him home. I know what i saw and read. I called just to have a guy tell me I made the purchase for one way. It was my fault I was told oh yeah the manager to busy to talk to me. I would have not only picked a one way ticket. The burden of proof is now on me.. just dont use them. Save your time and sanity. To add to this I recieved an email saying they would look into it and wanted more information. Weeks have gone bye without a word from them. I know what I did. They could have at least told me to get lost. But no I guess I don't matter. Oh yeah and my flight time has been changed twice now. You are better off buying direct from an airline. Thanks qtrip for screwing me over in this time of despair.
