Danish Aftab was extremely helpful with my urgent changes that had to be made with reservations. I would recommend that anyone who needs help get in touch with him. He is really knowledgeable about the airline system.

Terrible service! They would refund my purchase after canceling a week before the flight. This business is a scam. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use there service.
Response from Qtrip.comAug 24, 2020
Hi Anthony, We're always happy to help you with any refund we can. Unfortunately, the flight you recently booked was a non-refundable airline ticket and the airline does not permit refunds. However, what we can do is give you a full credit that you can use towards a future trip on the same airline to use by December 2021. One of our travel advisors has contacted you to go over the change procedure. Thank you

It was quick and easy after telling cheaptickets.com what I wanted. I clicked on Qtrip twice because they had the best rates. Had multiple days and times available and made sure I had all the information I needed to know about what I selected.

I had a flight to Orlando fl from Puerto Rico, they changed my flight Without my knowledge when I got to the airport I didn’t have a reservation and the airlines told me my flight was for the day before, I had to buy another flight. and it was such a hassle to try and recuperate my money,Q trip or the airlines didn’t want to take responsibility of what had occurred even though I had proof in my email statement for the day the trip was actually reserved for. they had me going back and forth between the airlines and q trip. Do yourself a favor and buy directly with the airlines because if something goes wrong no one wants to resolve your issue.and also my flight was actually cheaper buying at the airport then with q trip. In response to q-trip Samuel called and he decided not to proceed because they were charging 50 dollars for the change, we never received an e- mail of any new changes because non were made. The point is when there is a middle man involved there is very little they can do to help, when you work directly with the source there are fewer misunderstandings. Regardless I never got my money back the airlines says it’s qtrip fault when I call and qtrip says it’s the airlines fault. and I got left with the short end of the stick.

Hi Emmy, We are sorry for your experience. After investigating, the airline told us that passenger, Samuel, called them directly, two nights before the trip was originally scheduled flight to change the flight to the next day (one day earlier that was originally booked). We were not contacted directly for that change so are unclear why the confusion. Since the change was made directly with Spirit Airlines and not through us, Spirit Airlines asked that you call them directly to go over what transpired. Thank you.
