Danish Aftab was so helpful in applying my flight credit to a future flight and getting my husband’s flight re-booked to the flight that I wanted. I emailed the help cheapair email address about this request and within 25 minutes I received an email from Danish. With everything going on with COVID and in the airline industry I was SHOCKED that I received an email back (from a real person) this fast. I had some more questions following my new flight that I emailed Danish about and I received a phone call from Danish minutes after I sent him my second email. He mentioned he thought it would be easier to discuss this booking over the phone and get all my questions answered and I so appreciated the phone call! Thank you! - Laura Stapes

My representative was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions with an A+ attitude. She never made me feel like I was asking too many questions and she was able to book what I wanted.

My husband who is mobility challenged went to Qt today and CameronD helped him to the car with his white peach tea and a bag of ice. He also helped put his walker back in car. He was very polite. Elizabeth helped get his white peach tea from fountain.
