Thank you for your review. We're sorry you weren't satisfied with your experience with Q Source. We looked into your comment and see that your order was placed on our Web site on Saturday the 5th. One of the items you ordered was not in stock and had to be ordered from the manufacturer. Your order shipped on Monday the 14th. That would be a total of 6 business days. If you were promised a quicker delivery time, please let us know and we'll investigate further. While we appreciate all customer feedback, we are curious why you believe your experience is worthy of a one-star rating. If you would like to comment further we'd be happy to work with you to see if you would re-consider this rating. Overall, we hope you were happy with the products you received and we look forward to serving you in the future. Thank you.

There are some situations where we need to contact our vendors, or other parties, to get the best answer or solution to a customer inquiry.
