After receiving some instruction and coaching on how to "repair" the malfunctioning tool by reinserting the spring which had come apart from the opposing handles, it WORKS perfectly well !! Initially I could not get the spring to remain in place but it does now. I look forward to ease of use in the future. Thank you Q Source, Inc.
