I purchased the trike pro and was immediately notified when it would be delivered. When I received it and had it assembled I noticed that there was a tear in the seat. I told them that I did not know if it came that way or if I may have dinged it. They immediately sent me a complete upgraded replacement seat. I took it out for its first test ride and within 0.5 miles, it has a master link break on the chain drive. I notified them and they sent me a link to puchase a complete set of chains and said if I send them a copy of my receipt they would reimburse me. I told them that I did not need any chain, but just master links. I purchased master links, sent them a copy of my receipt and was immediately credited to my account. I am very satisfied with the customer service I have received and so far am very happy with the performance of the QlifePro Trike.

I ordered the trike and it came in as expected. The trike is heavy and the box was pretty beat up when it arrived. Customer service was helpful with a couple of replacement pieces that were damaged, though it took a little while. The trike came with a bell built in and folding pedals, both nice additions. I’ve had the trike several months and like the compact size. It folds and fits in my small SUV. Be aware the trike is around 90 pounds, as stated in the description. I cannot load or unload it in the SUV alone. Also we found that the trike doesn’t fit standard trike hitch racks, the back wheels are closer together. It took a few rides to get comfortable with the balance of riding with 2 back wheels, now it’s no problem. I like the stability of the trike. I like the wide seat and adjustable backrest. The battery life has been as expected, I haven’t tested it to see just how far it will go on one charge. The trike has 3 speeds on the electric assist. For me it’s about 7mph on 1, 12mph on 2, and 18mph on 3. The trike has a throttle to control the speed if needed. It is hard for me to pedal with the electric assist turned off. There are no manual gears to shift, which I like. I am a 66yo female with minor back issues otherwise in good health. I have really enjoyed riding this trike and it was an economical option for me as I had not ridden a bike in over 20 years.

Good honest company, very very good bikes for the price, only real complaint is reliability and quality but it is not bad at all just some small things here and there. Customer service has been excellent consistently replying to me within 2 days. Delivery had some issues but were resolved and it was problems with the shipper not Qlife itself.
