I bought a qlife racer plus had it for three days and had a blow out on rear tire so went to local bike shop to get it fixed and the guy told me the rear wheel is bent showing me the wheel rubs against frame ,, so i emailed the company and now im getting the run around after sharing my photos and receipt and I’ve been emailing and calling and now no answer

Whoever feels like buying DO NOT BUY. My ebike had a controller problem and they said they were going to ship me one out by the beginning of this month, still have not gotten it. These guys keep playing with the due date that they were going to send it and not catching up or keeping up with me at all, i have to reach out first, if its not for me reaching out first i promise you they wouldve forgotten about me. I emailed them almost 3-4 months ago about my controller and still have not gotten it. And they website does not let you talk to an actual human because maybe they dont speak any english, horrible customer service if you ask me. Annoying as hell. Since they want this 5 star review so bad here you go, well deserved. Clap it up for Qlife guys.

Absolutely horrible customer service. If anybody is contemplating buying one then don’t f-ing do it. I Bought the Qlife Cityone e-bike. Worked fine for like 4 and a half months before I noticed the battery was not functioning properly and I always charged it properly. Never left it on charge for more than 5 hours. Battery got me like 5 miles not even when I was full power. Then a month later I encountered error code 30 with the bike. Couldn’t use the battery. Looked up issue online and couldn’t fix it. Emailed Qlife Atleast a dozen times asking for help with the issue with no reply each time. I thought it was the battery and that I had to take it off to fix the issue but I lost the keys to the bike due to my luck. So I emailed a couple more times to no reply. I eventually found their Facebook and after a couple days of talking to someone they were able to sell me a key. A key they charged me around 45 bucks for. They had an issue in the mail and my key didn’t end up coming for 2 whole months. When I got the key I found out that wasn’t the issue. And there was nothing between battery and bike. Now conveniently it’s been more than a year since purchase date so I’m not going to be able to get warranty on battery. I plan on taking the bike to a shop later this week to see if I can get the code fixed so I can happily ride the stupid thing for my 5 miles before it dies.

Customer service is horrible. Takes three to four days to get a response and it’s from someone in another country. Had a faulty bike took two months of back and forth to get a replacement sent out. They do not have an actual person you can talk to about any problems only respond to email and takes days weeks. Ok product with well below standards customer service.

I ordered an ebike in November. I waited a couple of weeks before reaching out to ask when my order would ship. They responded that my order would be shipped on November 27. A few days after 11/27, I received a bag of accessories that was supposed to be free with my purchase, but not the bike. The bike still says it is waiting to be shipped. The company has not responded to any of my emails since then.

This company is a complete scam. Never shipped my bike, then told I would have to pay $100-$180 to stop the shipment and locate the bike. This was a last minute gift and I got taken for a ride (no pun intended) Run away from these people. This isn’t even a real American business.

Zero customer service. Never returns emails. One of their reps Mel she should be fired. Uses bots on chat. Stay far away from this company and e-bikes.

Our son saved to buy an e-bike, after lots of consideration, he went with this company. Within months of ordering and after many issues with the brakes (but trying to manage it on his own) we reached out because there was an error code that made the bike useless. Initially, customer service was helpful, told him to film himself doing a series of steps, and if he did that and it still didn’t work they would initiate a return. That’s where we are. We sent them what they wanted, it still doesn’t work. We’ve reached out several times and have received no response.
