We are very happy with the bike. We ordered a bike rack as well, PLEASE BE AWARE that youre bike rack may ship separately and come a couple days later. I had reached out when ours didnt arrive with the bike, and the email communication and willingness to correct the issue was top tier. The rack did come, so thankfully, the resolution wasn't needed, but they were willing and that was amazing. The bike itself, super easy assembly, maybe took us 30 minutes. Rides smooth. Comfortable seat. Easy instructions. Best bang for your buck, hands down!
