We enjoy the bike so much!!! We've needed to replace two parts of the bike and both times customer service was quick and so helpful. One part was overseas and it took less than two weeks. We use this bike for school travel and it's an excellent ride

Hey so the ebikes they have are reallyy good for the price and haveee goodd quality. The speed and the whole designs of their ebikes are reallyy cool. I bought the qlife spark fro $700 and they are really solid and its reallyy sick. Ive been riding it since then. Really recommend this brand!

I have mobility issues! Didn't think i would ever be able to get on the bike paths and enjoy nature again. Tha is to this bike I can and never forget the feeling of wind blowing in my hair. The first time back out there. I had a small issue with the bike that caused a short delay. But Qlife really stepped up and got it taken care of! Thank you so very much!
