Our daughter was thrilled about the arrival of her Qlife bike. She has been patiently waiting for its arrival. A friend of hers has ordered 2 bikes through a different online vendor and twice the delivery on her front porch was an empty box, so we were excited to tell her about Qlife bikes. Hopefully she will have a much better experience, like the one we have had. Quick email response when inquiring about delay in shipping and it arrived just a few days after I reached out.
