I enjoy the bike! The only thing I would complain about and giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is the return policy. There is not free shipping. Once you pay for shipping it’s the same amount as the product.

Customer service was great, was able to call and get the replacement I needed in only a few minutes. Bike also works great, definitely worth considering for a bike company to buy from.

The only reason for four stars instead of five is somewhat slow email response usually 2-3 days. The trouble shooting provided was very helpful and overall very satisfied with help, service, and resolution. Will do business with again.

When I was looking to buy an ebike, I chose a Qlife trike for my girlfriend because of her handicap. I thought it to be a good well built bike and for a good price. When the bike was delivered we were so excited. Putting it together was easy, and it was hard to wait for a nice day to ride it(it's December in Pennsylvania). Well a nice day finally comes and we get the bike out of the house to go for a ride. Everything was great. The next nice day we were able to ride wasn't until late February. Got the bike out and loaded on my pickup truck to go to a park about 4 miles away. I unloaded it and nothing happens. I loaded it back up and go back home to call Qlife. They immediately try to diagnose the problem. Through several correspondence back and forth they thought the trouble was with the controller. They sent me a new one. I installed it when it came and it didn't help with the problem. So talking with Qlife several more times they have decided to send me a whole new bike. This is Great all I have to do is send back the battery( I am sending the battery and the charger both if that's OK with Qlife). Qlife has been so very helpful in trying to resolve this problem. Thank you Qlife for trying so hard to make this right. My girlfriend looks forward to riding her bike.

This bike is great. The fat tires suck up the bumps well. The rear shock is a huge bonus for me and my back. If it had better front forks I would give 5 stars. The motor makes good power, the battery has good range, and it is overall well built for the price! Thank you QLifebike

I called with a couple of small complaints. Bike won't go as fast as advertised, slow leak in rear, scratches on display. The person on the phone was very nice, but I haven't heard back yet. I was told I'd get a reply 2 days ago??? The bike seems to be working very well (with the exception of not hitting the speed that was advertised) UPDATE; I was contacted by the company. They sent me info on unlocking the speed control, which worked! They said they'd send me a replacement for the scratched display (still waiting), & they offered to pay to have the tube repaired at a shop, but I fixed that problem by buying a bottle of Slime that prevents & repairs flat bike tires (this stuff works great, so far! Customer service seems to be taking care of business! I'm adding a 4th star now, they'll get 5 when my display arrives!!!

Arrived on time. Took ~3 hrs to assemble. Packaging was adequate but could use some improvements on the widest bolts discounting rear wheel area. Rear wheel area was packaged well so no noticable damage observed. Everything works once all cables were connected. Front motor cable(9 pin connector) was difficult to align and connect. One frame bolt point in the front fork was damaged and difficult to remove to connect front fender. Can't determine if malfunction was due to delivery or manufacturing but was able to install all components by myself with minimal-moderate difficulty using tools included and personal tools to increase assembly efficiency and speed. Battery is heavy but not difficult to manage with the option to remove the battery via physical key or charge the battery while still connected to the bike. Battery mount on bike could be more secure but after putting it through a few introductory trail scenarios with moderate impact, every thing is working well with more power than needed, considering front and rear 1500 watt motors. Maximum speed is 28MPH. Could be better but power is excellent. Put just over 15 miles on it using the bike just 5 times. Never had the battery below 75%, considering specs say maximum 65 miles, this is good. Bike is heavy but sturdy and brakes work well on steap slopes of at least 30° on short runs. Haven't pushed it much but so far so good. Looking forward to breaking 100 miles and beyond!!

There was a small issue with a couple of items that were missing. QLife handled the problem quickly and professionally.
