I know people are scared of fake reviews so I hope you can trust this one. I can’t speak for everyone but I’ve had a 5 star experience so far. The bike is amazing… everything the description says if not more. Mine tops out at 36 mph ish and the bike is good looking. Had a shipping issue but customer service helped me immediately and updated my information. Package delivered in 6 days which was in the guarantee of 6-8 days. Fed ex wasn’t supposed to deliver to me the day they did but they made sure to go out there way to get to my city before the night ended and gave me my bike. So all in all I can say 5 star experience. DO NOT ORDER FROM AMAZON. Order from this website it’s worth the full price. I hope this helps someone
