I waited way to long to get this done. As a licensed therapist it wasn't fully impacting my life but yet at the same time was still embarrassing not having my rights restored as well as explaining to employers my past mistake. Knowing numerous judges and admin within OC they consistently said call Scott, call Scott. Honestly I was skeptical as his fee was much less than comparative and more "tenured" attorneys. However, after speaking with him I knew then he was the guy who could make this happen. Something just connected. It took a few seemless steps and next thing I know we were in court. It was ridiculous. The prosecution hadn't researched the case and had a minor hang up granting me my motion. However, Scott smoothly explained I couldn't have been let off probation etc. if the issue wasn't resolved. Then took the time to have them pull the transcripts. And sure enough the discrepancy was no longer an issue and we were there 10 minutes tops!! I walked out without ANY issues, 17(b) granted. He clearly earned his reputation!! I'd recommend him without a doubt! The man is solid, backs his reputation and gets the job done.
