I would not use this service again
I had to call and follow up everytime. If I didn't then I would never hear from my atty Scott. My case took along time to be settled. I hired my atty spring of 2012 and until this day I have not gotten any emails from him about my case in Long Beach. I had a summary probation with the court until 2013. I just never hear from this atty. It's pathetic. I get better service with Richard Grant.

Thanks for the feedback. I agree that your case took significantly longer than anticipated, but I would like to clarify a few things about this review and give an explanation as to why it took much longer than other cases. First, this case had two parts. Before we could turn our attention to the Long Beach case, we had to first file a motion to end probation in San Bernardino for a separate misdemeanor case. We could not start the Long Beach case until the San Bernardino probation issue had been resolved. In 2012, I successfully ended probation early on that San Bernardino case. On the same day, the judge granted the expungement. Once that was taken care of, we turned our attention to the Long Beach case. After filing in mid 2012, the Long Beach court somehow misplaced the petition (my office knew it had been received because the court cashed our processing check in the amount of $120). It took several months of following up with clerks who consistently told us that the petition was being processed until we decided to just refile the petition. This time, after a couple of months of consideration, the judge denied the petition because of the subsequent criminal convictions in San Bernardino. I then filed a Motion to Reconsider and on February 4th, over the District Attorney's strong opposition, was able to convince the judge that it was in the interest of justice to expunge the conviction. I have in my notes that you were notified of the results that same day by telephone. A typical expungement case takes approximately 45 days to complete. I understand that this case took longer than expected, but in the end both convictions were expunged.
