Thank you dawood for you service

Mr. Shah provided outstanding service throughout the booking process. He was prompt in responding to our inquiries and provided quotations very quickly. We highly recommend this firm, especially if you have the opportunity to work with Mr. Shah. He was professional, courteous, and accommodating, ensuring that our booking was tailored to our specific requirements. The entire experience was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. Thank you for the excellent service!

The experience was great and I love it and Dawood helped me a lot.

I was completely impressed with Qiblatain customer service. Booking through qiblatain was the best decision for our umrah trip Alhamdulillah Everything went smoothly during and even after our trip , and thanks to Mr Dawood he made it easy for us from flights to tours and booking hotels . his customer service was outstanding and perfect , and they are support us before, during, and even after our trip. Highly recommend Qiblatain I was completely impressed with their customer service Once again big thanks to Mr Dawood.

Satisfactory Experience. Not something I expected though. I booked 5 star package and was expecting 5 star service throughout the trip. The HCN provided by Qiblatain was wrong. The Hotels in Madina and Makkah could not find the booking. We had small kids along with us so the hotel staff accomdated us after we requested them. Qiblatain staff was unreachable when needed. Usually, hotel staff want all issues to be resolved through the travel agency but because Abbas and Asma or anyone at Qiblatain was not reachable, thankfully, hotel staff had some empathy and gave us the room after making many requests. The transportation company never reached out to us. I had to contact them and sort out the transportation myself, doing all the coordination that should have already been done by Qiblatain. I booked through travel agency because I did not want to have any issues during the trip but I did not find any benefit or help doing package through them. I ended up doing most of the stuff myself. They only helped with Visa. Hotel booking and Transportation but no follow up or confirmation of anything. Their price was better than some others so that is the positive thing.

Excellent work and great effort.Dawood was very helpful and very knowledgeable. Thank you so much

Alhamdulillah, great experience with this Umrah travel! Excellent customer service from Ali Hassan - very trusted, fast response, and helpful from start to finish. Our hotels were very good and very close to Masjid Nabawi, which made ibadah so much easier. The only issue was the visa was a bit late, almost delayed, but alhamdulillah it was resolved. Overall highly recommended and I would use them again. JazakAllahu khairan!
