Qibla GatewayReviews of qiblagateway.com

Fantastic ,professional, on time and gret customer service

My 2nd Umrah with Qibla Gateway was incredible. Called Brother Ali on Wednesday on short notice, everything was booked by Thursday, and I traveled Friday to Monday. He got me a hotel right across Gate 79 of Masjid Al Haram and the transport team confirmed every ride an hour early. Super smooth service — highly recommended!

The way he guided us I truly appreciate. Very professional and honest

Our Umrah experience with my family was very well organized and enjoyable. Everything was arranged smoothly, from transportation to accommodation, which made the journey stress-free and comfortable for all of us. The spiritual atmosphere was unforgettable, and we truly appreciated the care and support throughout the trip.

From start to finish, my Umrah trip with Qibla Gateway was an absolutely seamless and spiritually fulfilling experience. The agent handling our trip, Brother Ali, was fantastic. He was always just a call or message away, ready to assist us with anything we needed. The entire trip was incredibly well-organized, from the visa process to the hotel bookings and transport, everything went smoothly without a single hiccup. The hotels were in great locations, of a high standard, and all the transport arrangements were punctual and comfortable. Brother Ali even helped me secure a permit and guided us on how to book for Rawdah, which was a special highlight of our journey.

We are so lucky we choose qibla gateway good care with everything we did need transportation hotels, it’s the best 10 stars from me .

I don’t usually write long reviews, but this is one experience I feel people should genuinely know about. My family and I (we’re a family of four) recently traveled for Ziyara in Madinah and Umrah in Makkah, and we chose Qibla Gateway. Looking back, that was one of the best decisions we made for this entire journey. From the moment we landed, there was a sense of relief—we didn’t have to worry about anything. Transportation, hotels, coordination… everything was already taken care of. Not just arranged, but thoughtfully arranged. In Makkah, we stayed in a 5-star hotel with a Qibla view, and in Madinah, a hotel overlooking the Haram. Being that close, especially with family, made a huge difference in how peacefully we could focus on our عبادah. What really impressed me wasn’t just the hotels or logistics—it was how they handled the small things that usually become stressful during trips like this. Their drivers didn’t just “show up”—they stayed in touch, worked around our schedule, and made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. Whether it was visiting Mount Uhud, Masjid Quba, or even something simple like going to buy good quality dates, everything was smooth. One thing that stood out to me personally: we never once had to chase them. In fact, they were always one step ahead—checking in, suggesting timings, helping us plan around prayers, even assisting with essentials like Ihram clothing and guidance for Tawaf. That kind of attentiveness is rare. Traveling for Umrah can be physically and mentally exhausting, especially with family. What Qibla Gateway really gave us was peace of mind. Instead of worrying about logistics, we were able to focus on why we came in the first place. Even at the end, our transfer to Jeddah Airport was perfectly coordinated—no last-minute confusion, no stress. And during our 3-day stop in Istanbul, they arranged a 5-star hotel where everything—from the rooms to the food—was excellent. It felt like the same level of care continued beyond Saudi. What also meant a lot was that they kept checking on us throughout the trip. Not in a formal or transactional way—but genuinely making sure we were okay and asking if we needed anything. I’ve traveled quite a bit, and I can say this honestly: service like this is hard to find. It’s not just about luxury—it’s about reliability, trust, and knowing someone is looking out for you. If you’re planning Umrah, Ziyara, or Hajj—especially with family—I would strongly recommend Qibla Gateway. It’s not just a service; it removes the stress so you can focus on what truly matters.
