the trip was amazing, the hotels were perfect. Transportation was ok.. our trip from Jeddah to Macca were missing the driver. other wise it was ok overall we were very satisfied with every thing else. the communication between us and the US office was perfect.. they arranged for our transportation to Madianh, Airport and in Turkey. I wsh the driver spoke more english.

They helped me plan my 1st umrah with my mum. It wqs last min and they were ready to help and get things done. They were available all the way throughout my trip. If I had any question, concerns or even last min request, they were there to help. Highly recommend.

Brother Ali is a nice person, For tiny to tiny reasons I bothered him but he dealt with patience and took care of everything so nicely. My mother is so happy and she praised for their work. My trip was with my family to perform umrah and visit Qatar, it was very well organized trip. There was transportation available for each location we needed to go to set up by Qibla Gateway. The commutation with the travel agent and drivers was very easy and consistent. Our travel agent, Mohamed Ali made sure our trip was successful and even communicated with us when we were overseas. He made sure we were doing well and assisted us with all our needs. I will be recommending Qibla Gateway to all my family and friends.
