On April 1st, I spoke to a rep by the name of Michelle. She was very courteous and took her time explaining what the process would entail. Once I received my official divorce decree, I again called the QDRO Center and confirmed the process I was about to embark on. I created my QDRO Document and with 4 outstanding questions, I called back to the QDRO Center and was helped with information to be able to complete the QDRO Document! The process was easy and customer service stupendous! Would definitely recommend QDRO Center to anyone in the process of splitting their 401K due to Divorce! Thanks, Víctor Ayala Jr

This is exactly what I was looking for! I talked to a lawyer who was going to charge me $1,200... this was very simple and they made sure that I did it right without .. they were very thorough and efficient! Highly recommend for people who want to their own QDRO

An agent ANSWERED the call and talked me through all the questions I had.

We just dropped $20k for the divorce and weren't really in the mood to spend another $1000 for a lawyer to draft the QDRO (a single document). I called the number and the woman I spoke to was very helpful. My main concern was how to get the QDRO submitted to the court, which she assisted with helpful info. I paid for the service and accessed the online questionnaire. I'm a web developer and I'm very sensitive to web apps that don't work well. I was quite satisfied with their web app, which even provided instructions specific to my state, and collected the information to generate the QDRO. I still need to get my ex-wife's agreement to the document and submit it to the court and brokerage to split up my 401k, but so far I am very happy with QDROdesk. Saved us about $700.

To try and keep this short. READ the directions carefully, have your needed info handy. As you are going through the questions take your time. I wish I'd known about this site last year, it would have saved me time and money, but better late than never. So yes, 5 stars people. Its just that helpful.
