I was hesitant at first but I called and talked to Kathryn before deciding on using this service. She answered all of my questions and concerns before I even started the QDRO process or paid for it. And she also helped during the process with the few questions I had. Navigation of the site was intuitive and easy. The pension plan administrator pre approved the QDRO immediately (I didn’t pay for that extra service). Kathryn also suggested what to do next after the pre approval. I would highly recommend this service. They go above and beyond.
