They were very helpful since I was very frustrated with my computer working against me and not knowing what to do or who to talk to.

Using QdroDesk was great! Filling out the form was easy. Just a few of the questions I had to really think on to make sure I understood it and hope that I made the right choice. Another thing was the review part they added another fee which I thought was only one flat rate.

Very efficient on line process ( providing you have all the required information) - good back up content for all the required questions and step by step instructions

This was very easy to go through. If you have questions you can call to get the answers. We are still waiting for them to review and let us know if we need to correct anything. They go through a 9 point check to make sure. We requested it be delivered by mail and we and saved it on the computor.

The Information regarding QDROs was very insiteful. I had already spent 3x that amount with persons online and paid calls to them who literatly did nothing and gave me false information. The booklet was excellent. I'm not sure of my outcome but I feel better about trying to get the QDRO funds from a 20 year marriage. Sandy

Honestly, when I first read about your services, I didn't realize that you did not file with the courts; thought you were an on-line law firm, until I paid and started answering the question. As for the questions, most were simple to answer but I did have a few that I wasn't sure on how to answer them so I needed to contact your customer service line. It seems that I had to do more of the research when it came to my state rules/regulations. In general though, the service provided was very good; I did like the reports produced and the review process offered.

QdroDesk provided me all the explanations required to allow me to complete the form rather easily. I would recommend.
