The system is not clear on when to do…
The system is not clear on when to do what. The out put is sloppy and does not print pleading paper. Going back to change anything seems to be difficult at best. Have to log on again to do it. It is definitely not worth the $299.00 that they charge and they mandate that it be paid before you can see the finished product. I will not use it again.

Please call us at 1-877-770-2270 and we can help you with any edits or changes to your QDRO. Changes can also be done online instantly by changing your answers in the online QDRO questionnaire. The QDRO can also be printed on pleading paper as needed. We are here to help and again are sorry to find out that you were not happy with the product.

This one-size-fits-all price is unfair.
This one-size-fits-all price is unfair. I left a message with qdrodesk. Five days later, I have not heard back from them. Frankly, it was not until after paying the money that I realized that qdrodesk was overpriced. Part of the setup is to ripoff. My qdro is simple, and so I was disappointed to find that the qdro made from qdrodesk.com wasn't rocket science; I could have just created one from the sample that my retirement system posted on their website. A,lawyer would not have charged me this much for so little.

I’m sorry that your experience with our service was not what you were looking for. I’m sorry that we did not respond to you in a timely fashion. Unfortunately the state we are located in has been under a stay-at-home order for quite sometime; therefore staffing our office has proven to be challenging. We are currently fully operational and open for any and all questions. The intent of QDRODesk is certainly not to rip anybody off. We provide our clients with an easy do-it-yourself way to draft a QDRO. Not all retirement systems have models that they offer to the public and often times a model can be skewed to provide better benefits to one party over the other. Again I apologize that you were not happy with your experience.

I spent the last two days attempting to…
I spent the last two days attempting to make contact,,, no one answered the phone and the promised return call never came... I am confused and need assistance to finish and publish my QDRO and could use some help...... craig

They don’t answer the phone after I paid the 300 dollars . I left 2 messages and no one has called me back ‘

Double charged me for 1 form
Double charged me for 1 form. Hard to edit. Confusing. No support on weekends or after hours.

We can be reached by calling 1-877-770-2270 or through the e-mail support system inside your account. We did notice that you were charged two separate times for two separate QDROs. We have taken action on our end to issue a refund for the 2nd one, as it appears from your review it was created by accident. Please be aware that the "New QDRO" button should not be used unless you have multiple plans to divide or your account is being used for multiple divorce cases/clients.

Laymen stay clear, useless garbage ahead
This product is marketed for the public, but completely useless without a law degree. The supposedly automated service asks asinine questions like "how many signature lines should appear on the document." This is after providing all information about where the court is, what the case number is, etc. Do not be fooled. There is nothing helpful or automated about this product. They also refused to grant me a refund so please be prepared to part with the entire cost before you see a single step of this lawyers only process. I have no idea how this is better than a word processor, even for lawyers.

The system is designed to be as friendly as possible for drafting an exceptionally detailed QDRO that will be approved by the plan administrator. QDROs are complex, so the questions that we ask are unavoidable, otherwise we would be delivering an inadequate product. We take great pride in supporting our product for all of our customers, so if you have any questions and need help, please call us at 1-877-770-2270. As mentioned to you already, we sent you a Refund Request Form and it will be reviewed upon receiving it back. Your refund has not been granted nor denied. The Refund Request form process is very standard for a software and service oriented product, because refund are considered on a case-by-case basis.

After I completed a couple of pages of the form I had a question and called the phone number listed and explaines my problem. I was advised that this form was not suitable for my situation and advised by the person on the phone to discontinue completing the form as the questions do not apply to my situation. I therefore requested a refund of my $299. fee as this was not helpful to me at all.

Our mission is to deliver a QDRO that not only complies with federal and state laws, conforms to plan guidelines, and is executable by the court but, most importantly, implements the provisions of the parties’ PSA/MSA. We invite anyone with questions regarding our service or the necessity of a QDRO to call and speak with one of our experts before proceeding.
