good quality stuffs
QBedding provides good quality stuffs, and I am satisfied with the shipping too, fast. The only thing I will say is the, price is a little bit high and wish they can offer free shipping on an order with certain amount regularly.

Hard to track the shipping information
It would be more convenience if I can receive a shipping conformation email after the purchase. I don't know when and how the items are shipped and even to be received.
Response from QbeddingMar 10, 2015
Thank you for your feedback. Your satisfaction is very important to us and our goal is to continuously improve our products and services. You should have received a shipping confirmation with the tracking number once the order is shipped, or perhaps you can check your junk mail or promotional tab in your inbox. We will investigate on why you did not receive the shipment confirmation email. Meanwhile, our customer care representative will follow up with you via email with the detail on the status of the shipment. We apologize for any inconvenience.
