I received the order on time but there was a mess up. The customer service was swift and very kind and sent me the correct items quickly. My problem is with some of the items they sell (bangles and bracelets), which are sold around EUR 40 on sale, but the exact same items are on a very popular Chinese website for less than EUR 2.00 (I checked the description of the material and they are the same). Aside from that, the jewels are advertised as tarnish-free items, but after wearing my earrings for a few weeks, they have started to tarnish in some areas. I like all the charity vision behind it, but the jewels are just not worth it. I will not buy again.

– Misleading Advertising, Poor Packaging & Extremely Disappointing Service I am writing this review to warn other customers about my very disappointing experience with Qamar Jewelry. Based on my experience, I strongly believe this company is misleading customers regarding how their products are presented and delivered. I placed two separate orders with this company, trusting the presentation shown on their website and expecting professional service. Order Details: First Order Date: 25 February 2026 Order Number: #36931 Tracking: WNBAA0439975241YQ Amount Paid: £49.00 Second Order Date: 2 March 2026 Order Number: #38042 Tracking: WNBAA0441640000YQ Amount Paid: £49.30 Both orders were delivered through Wanb Express. However, when the items arrived, I was shocked and extremely disappointed to find that both orders were sent in cheap clear plastic bags with absolutely no proper packaging. This is completely different from what is advertised on their website. The company promotes Palestine-themed packaging and branded presentation, which is one of the reasons customers choose to purchase from them. Instead, I received jewellery thrown into plain plastic bags, which looks unprofessional and careless. This is not only poor service but also appears to be misleading advertising. When a company promotes specific packaging and branding but sends something entirely different, it raises serious concerns about honesty and transparency. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality, and match the description given at the time of purchase. Based on my experience, the packaging and presentation clearly did not match what was advertised. Additionally, the company advertises a 5-star review voucher system, encouraging customers to leave positive reviews. However, based on my experience this system does not appear to be properly honoured, which raises further concerns about whether customers are being pressured to post positive reviews in exchange for incentives. This type of practice may also raise issues under the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008, which protects consumers from misleading commercial practices. I have already raised this issue directly with the company and requested a proper resolution. If this situation is not addressed appropriately, I will have no hesitation in escalating this matter further by reporting it to: • UK Trading Standards • Action Fraud I will also continue to share my experience publicly so other customers are aware before placing orders. Customers deserve honesty, accurate advertising, and proper service — not misleading presentation and unacceptable packaging. Based on my experience, I Cannot Recommend this company and strongly advise customers to be cautious before purchasing from Qamar Jewelry.

Edit: After posting this review, I was contacted again and I did receive my money back. Sad I didn't receive my order, frustrated I had to fight so hard for it, but I am grateful that they followed through and offered a refund! I ordered a set of jewelry over a month ago, back on Feb 11. I support the mission of feeding families in Palestine and thought it would be a good way to make a difference. The jewelry was never shipped. I have no idea if my money actually went to feeding families. In early March, I requested an update and was told that it would be shipped that week. It wasn't. I then requested a refund, since they were obviously not interested in sending me the jewelry I paid for, and funny story it was put in the mail that same day so they're 'so sorry for my frustration but no I'm not getting a refund it has already been shipped.' I unfortunately can't comment on the quality because I haven't received anything, and I have a sinking suspicion my package will be lost in the mail with no compensation, despite me paying extra for shipping protection. I will update if they actually follow through and I receive my order, but as it stands, I've lost nearly 100$ with nothing to show for it. I will in the future show my support through direct donations like World Food Kitchen instead.
